What happens after my 14-day free trial?
You enter a card when you sign up, so billing starts automatically when your trial ends — no interruption. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Are there limits during the trial?
None. You get full access to every feature in the plan you choose for 14 days — unlimited estimates, jobs, and invoices with the crew seats included in your tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in one click — no phone calls, no retention flows. You keep access through the end of your billing period. After that, you can still log in and view your data — you just can't create new jobs or invoices until you resubscribe.
How many crew members can I add?
Every plan includes generous built-in seats — 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, and unlimited on Business. No per-seat surcharges. If you outgrow your plan, upgrade anytime and your new limit kicks in immediately.
What payment methods do my customers have?
Customers pay invoices online via Stripe — credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfer. Funds deposit directly to your bank account.
Does Stripe charge transaction fees?
Stripe charges standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction). Crewello does not add any additional fees on top of Stripe's rates.
Can my crew access Crewello on their phones?
