Is this invoice generator really free?+

Yes. No signup, no credit card, no email required. Fill in the form, click generate, and the PDF downloads to your device. We only ask for your email if you want a copy in your inbox — that's optional.

Can I use this for my lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or contractor business?+

Yes. The format works for any service-based business — lawn care, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, cleaning, painting, roofing, mobile mechanics. Just type your services into the line items.

Is the PDF stored anywhere?+

No. Your data is only used to render the PDF on the server, then thrown away. Nothing is saved unless you opt in to receive a copy by email — and even then, only your email and the invoice number are kept.

Can I add my logo or signature?+

Not in this free generator yet. The full Crewello dashboard supports logos, signatures, automated reminders, and online payments. The free tool is for one-off invoices — sign up if you'd like the full setup.

What happens after I download?+
